He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neil Bair of Bryan, Ohio and Jalyne Bryant (Manning) of Montpelier, Ohio; his children, Isaiah Phillips of Bryan, Emberlye Bair of Nevada and Rylee Bair of Defiance, Ohio; his siblings, Tricia, Craig, Joe (Tash) and Keith (Kaylee); and his stepbrother Sean.
