She is survived by: her children, Andrew Poncsak (Suzanne) of Lewis Center, Angela Grine (Mark) of Liberty Center, Rick Poncsak (Stephanie) and Mick Poncsak (Dana) of Bryan, Ohio; her stepchildren, Toni Nichols (Ken) of Middlebury, Jodi Radabaugh (John) of Edgerton and Troy Spencer of Farmer, Ohio; her grandchildren, Dane, Devin (Amanda), Cayl, Colton, Crystal (Joe), Brandon (Lauren), Brianna (Michael), Christian, Grace, Nathan (Josh) and Seth; her stepgrandchildren, Allison, Jason, Brandi, Michael, Michala and Blake; and her great grandchildren, Aurora, Zane and Quinn. She is also survived by 9 sisters and 3 brothers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Ellen may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Elara Hospice Care, or a charity of the donor's choice.
