He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Robbins and Deloris Robbins (Hardin); his granddaughter Kyla Stantz; and his siblings, Steve Robbins and Tina Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Franz (Rettig); his children, Josh Franz (Heidi) of Perrysburg, Jennifer Stantz (Mike) of Edon, Michelle Sonnenberg (Ben) of Napoleon, Shane Feeney (Danielle) of Montpelier and Emily Feeney (Devin) of Montpelier; his siblings, Trish Hogan (Darren), Sue Woolace (Jeff) and Charles Feeney (Lisa); and his brother-in-law Mark Taylor. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of Krill Funeral Home.
