With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Gearig of Bryan, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth and Grace Harney, Sr. (Miller). She is survived by: her children, Vicki Tressler of Bryan, Jackie Neeley of Bryan, Judy Caperton of Bryan and Kenneth McDaniel of Kentucky; and her siblings, Pat Sweinhaggen of Jewell, OH and Bob Harney of Huntington, IN.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are requested to the Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center.
