He is survived by: his parents, Bill Pfalzgraf and Ethne Pfalzgraf (Benson); his siblings, Jana Hamland (Ty) and Billy Pfalzgraf (Ellyn); and his nieces and nephews, Maren Hamland, Reagan Pfalzgraf, Ruby Pfalzgraf, Soren Hamland and Riker Pfalzgraf.
In lieu of flowers or mementos, it was Jake's wish that any gifts be donated in his name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
