She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Arthur" Mills and Leona Mills (Barr); her husband Reginald LaPorte, Sr.; her siblings, Kenneth Mills, Forrest Mills, John Mills, Leta Griffith, Helen Griffith, Phyllis Spelochs, Betty Dean, Alice Gibson, Gladys Pope and Louise Morningstar; and her daughter-in-law Lisa LaPorte.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis LaPorte of Stryker, Vickie Chaffin (Steve) of Protem, Sherri Eschhofen (Jeff) of Bryan, Reg LaPorte, Jr. (Dawn) of Montpelier and Tim LaPorte (Mary) of Bryan, Ohio. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three siblings.
