She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert S. Coy and Vera H. Coy (Kuszmaul); her husband Elvin "Bob" C. Underwood; her children, James Herbert Underwood, Robert Elvin Underwood and Sophia Maria Underwood; and her siblings, Charles "Junior" Coy and Marcella Baker.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Karen Leininger (Michael) of Stryker, Ohio; her grandchildren, Anthony Underwood (Kelly), Robert Underwood (Missy), Daniel "DJ" Underwood (Sarah), Tracie Schoolmaster (Brian) and Lance Underwood (Autumn); and her sister Joyce Lilly (Roger) of Antwerp.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be directed to the Victory Barn Church or a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
