With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Jo Corsaut of Bryan, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary Jo may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Ashbreck and Maxine L. Ashbreck (Kremer); and her brother Garry E. Ashbreck. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Ashbreck (Linda) of Newport, Michigan, Robert Ashbreck of Tyler, Texas and Jason Corsaut (Shelly Hartman) of Waldron, Michigan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (206 N Lynn St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Almer Township Cemetery (403 E Deckerville Rd, Caro, MI 48723).
