He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Quillen, Lloyd Quillen and Roger Kosier. He is survived by: his parents, Robert V. Quillen and Vicki S. Quillen (Kosier); his son Robert "Rob" D. Quillen; his brother Michael Quillen (Katelyn); his nephew Laiken Quillen; and his grandmother Trish Kosier of Bryan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Krill Funeral Service - Bryan (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations are requested to the Williams County Humane Society, 9464 Williams County Rd 13, Bryan, OH 43506; the Bryan Little Bears program or the New Life Worship Center food Pantry in Matt's memory.
