With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merlin G Baker of Bryan, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack O. Baker and Pauline Baker (Ray); his son Terry Lee Baker; and his grandson Derek Hartsock. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Teresa Newcomer (Curtis) of Westerville, Jeff Hartsock (Angie) of Bryan and Steve Hartsock of Bryan; and his daughter-in-law Jill Baker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
