With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phoebe A. Peggs of Bryan, Ohio, born in Sutton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Lucas and Helen Lucas (Shuttleworth); her grandson Seth McCord; and her brother Frank Taylor. She is survived by : her husband William E. Peggs, Sr. of Bryan, Ohio; her children, Vickie Resendez, Jr. (Domingo) of Bryan, William Peggs, Jr. (Michelle) of Sherwood, Rebecca Kerr of Bryan and Michelle Olson (Nicholas) of Bryan, Ohio; her grandchildren, Victoria Resendez, Domingo Resendez, III (Amy), David Peggs (Terra), Erik Kerr, Britani Smith and Lydia Showalter (Nick); and her sisters, Bertha Louden and Susie Styblo.
