We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 89, Phyllis J. Jolly of Bryan, Ohio, born in Edon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Vincent and Ruth Vincent (Phillips); her former life partner Richard D. Jolly; her husband Duane Jolly; her son Mark Jolly; her siblings, Elaine Ross, Robert Lee Vincent, Norman Vincent, Gary Vincent and Carl Vincent; and her daughter-in-law Pam Jolly.
She is survived by : her children, Rodney Jolly of Wauseon, Carol Meyers (Kenny) of LaFayette and Roger Jolly (Sherry) of Gloucester, Virginia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
