He was predeceased by : his parents, Riley Folk and Goldie Folk (Houser); and his siblings, Oraethel Burns, Vivian Wahl, Paul Folk and Richard Folk.
He is survived by : his wife Carolann Warner; his daughters, Pamela Plassmann (William) of Edgerton, Beth Burkhardt (Paul) of Edon and Susan Krupp (Jamie) of Bryan, Ohio; his grandchildren, Matthew Plassmann (Brittany), Erin Bailey (Austin), Amy Brentlinger (Adam), Lauren Hay (Nathan), Dylan Krupp (Elaine), Sarah Willey (Jacob), Brandon Krupp (Casey) and Baylee Krupp (Kade Kern); and his great grandchildren, Lexie Hay, Riley Hay, Chase Bailey, Blake Hay, Charlotte Bailey, Noah Plassmann, Everly Willey, Holton Krupp, Brynleigh Krupp, Jace Plassmann and Remi Krupp. He is also survived by great grandchildren on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
