He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert W. Purk and Marvel R. Purk (Mefford); his daughters, Shelley Hartman and Debbie Zedaker; and his brothers, Danny Purk and Dave Purk.
He is survived by : his wife Connie Purk of Bryan; his children, Ronald Purk (Joyce) of Oak Harbor, Charlene Alloway of Sherwood, Curtis Doan (Sheila) of Defiance and Clint Doan of Ney, Ohio; his grandchildren, Angela Purk, Amelia Purk, Nathan Purk, Josh Suffel (Sarah), Jena Suffel, Amber Carrell, Abbey Alloway, Donnie Doan (Christine), Dusty Doan and Monica Oskey (Matt); and his siblings, Larry Purk (Rita) of Montpelier, Roger Purk of Ottawa, Ohio and Roseanne Purk of Van Wert, Ohio.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
