He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert R. McNeely and Faith McNeely (Noe); his wife Judy K. Brown; his great grandchild Oakleigh; and his pets, Spirit, Little Bit and Red.

He is survived by : his children, Tamara Ryman (Ron) of Bryan, Michelle Friesen (Kevin) of Bryan, James Adkins (Kristie) of Hicksville and Cathy Smith of Hicksville; and his siblings, Steve McNeely of Charloe, Darrell McNeely of Edgerton, Michael McNeely of Toledo and Patricia Cruz (Roxanne Alabata) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
