It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rowena Ann Hooper of Bryan, Ohio, born in Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold "Shorty" Paxton and Jeanette Paxton (Mayfield); and her sister Tammy Paxton. She is survived by : her children, Lamar Robarge of Bryan, Marjorie Ortiz of Bryan and Jason Hooper (Jennifer) of Lakeland, Florida; her grandsons, Juan Ortiz of Bryan and Jesus Ortiz of Yuma, Arizona; her great grandchildren, Xavier and River Ortiz; and her siblings, Jeff Paxton of Florida, Junior Paxton of Florida, Greg Paxton of Florida, Christine Paxton of Florida and Teresa Reed (Talmadge) of Florida.
