She was predeceased by: her father Harold Hayden; her husband Lee VanVlerah; her brothers, Butch Hayden and Michael Hayden; and her grandson Alex P. Bevins.
She is survived by: her mother Patricia Hayden (Harvey); her children, Stephan VanVlerah (Tamara) of Payne, OH, Scott VanVlerah (Stephanie) of Defiance, Melanie Sucher of Perrysburg, OH, Michelle Brackenbury (Bill) of Bryan and Patricia Gillett (Kevin) of Texas; and her sisters, Debbie Lehman of Michigan and Laura Thiel of Michigan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
