He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Kaufman and Elizabeth Kaufman (Babek); his daughter Kelli Whitten; his granddaughter Jessica Curtis; and his siblings, Fredrick Kaufman Jr., Lois Yarnell, Vicki Kaufman and Christine Chapin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Roughton (Gary) of Defiance, Holly King (Clyde) of Navarre, FL, JoLynn Curtis (Jack) of Perrysburg and Debra Brubaker (Chuck Downing) of Wauseon; and his brother Douglas Kaufman (Elaine) of Bowling Green, OH.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
