He was predeceased by : his parents, William M. Lands and Annabelle Leah Lands (Rawlins); his stepdaughter Dana Rae Stoy; and his sister Connie Lands. He is survived by : his spouse Gail June Hammond (Anderson); his children, Renee Lands (Jeremy), Timothy Lands (Jessica), Johnda Lands (Kevin) and Randall Thomas-Lands (Jackie) of Portsmouth, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Serenity Cora Hammond and KyLeah Hammond; his stepdaughter Tammy Jo Meadows (Steve); his stepgranddaughter Kayla Hammond of Bryan; his stepson Jerrod Hammond of Angola; and his siblings, Wayne Lands (Vera), Michael Lands of Ney, Cecil Lands (Theresa) of Paulding, Ohio, Pamela Adams of Stoutsville, Rhonda Scholl (Chuck) of Stoutsville and Susan Estep.
