He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian "Vicki" Cuzynski (Salo). He is survived by: his daughter Serah Nemire (Amza) of Edgerton, Ohio; his grandsons, Bryan, Alex and Jaxson; and also Dale Cuzynski of Sarasota, Florida..
