He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kostelich and Frank Kostelich. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Kostelich (Smith); his daughters, Arianne Ahlvin and Kimberly Kostelich; and his grandsons, Jacob, Caleb, Jaethen, Connor and Jordan.
