In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Marvin leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Marvin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Penwell and Ann Daniel Penwell; his sister Vickie Seitz; and his half-brother Earl Penwell. He is survived by: his sister Marcia Eyre of Chillicothe; his brother-in-law Ronnie Seitz of Chillicothe; and his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Shelton (Ken), Robin Vogel (Bob), Jeremy Eyre (Chrissy) and Justin Eyre (Amy). He is also survived by 7 great nieces and great nephews; and 5 great great nieces and great great nephews.
