He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton W. Bower and Janet E. Bower (Miller); and his wife June M. Wingert. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Bower of Bucyrus, Janis Meter (John) of Murray, KY and Susan Curatti (Joe) of Crestline; his grandchildren, Ashley Wise, Andrew Worden, Ben Meter, Bonnie Grosz, Joseph Meter, Donna Peppers and Tami Meter; his great grandchildren, Olivia Peppers and Stanley Grosz; and his sisters, Mary Rees, Sylvia Belt (Larry) and Becky Witter (John).
