She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Henry, Viva "Vi" Lepp, John Rudd and Virginia Swanger. She is survived by: her parents, Dennis E. Lepp and Penny J. Lepp (Rudd); her little angel Shiloh Lepp; her sister Amy Tinsley (Bill); and her close friends, Jessie Eldridge and Carrie Hensley (Berry).
