With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A. Jones of Bucyrus, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Albert and Grace B. Albert (Bricker); and her sisters, Geneva Brewer (Delmar), Virginia Jones (Clyde) and Norma Jean Field (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, Janice Walimire (Larry), Daniel Jones (Tami) and Matthew Jones (Angela); her grandchildren, Kimberly Carrillo (Melchor), Dr. Peter Walimire (Meredith), Kristen McLaughlin (Mark), Mackenzie Jones, Barbara Kerbe Shephard (David), Madelyn Jones, Carter Jones (Abbey Faucett) and Tyler Jones; and her sister Phyllis Simmons. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Barb's family strongly encourages that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made payable to Bucyrus United Methodist Church and these gifts will be accepted through the funeral home.
