She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Fegley and Minnie E. Fegley (Nickler); and her husband Morris A. Rex. She is survived by: her children, Linda McKee, Penny Blankenship and Daniel Rex; her grandchildren, Cassandra McKee, Sean Rex, Jeannie Blankenship, Amanda Poland (Herbert), Joe Rex (Amanda), Erica Durham (Andy) and Josh Rex; her great grandchildren, Cameil Thompson, Dustine Holup (Ryan), Michael Blankenship, Wesley Perdue, Karli Frizzell, Jake Durham, Ayden Durham, Paige Rex of Thomas, Rex, Alex Rex, Christopher Poland, Jonathan Poland and Nicholas Poland; her great great grandchildren, Clark, Harvey, Darla, Warren, Oscar and Michael Jr.; her sister Susan "Susie" Wells; her grandson-in-law Duane Perdue; her sister Dorothy Stacie; and her son-in-law Eugene Blankenship.
