He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ruth Law; his children, Mitchell E. Cooper of Bucyrus and Christine Ralph (Stanley) of Alexandria, Ohio; his grandson Collin Ralph (Bailee); his great grandchildren, Blair, Jade, Graham and Wells; his granddaughters, Ashlee Cooper and Tiffany Cooper; his great grandchild Julian; his granddaughter Alexandra Harmon; his great grandchildren, Ace and Wesley; and his brother James Cooper (Irene) of Lima.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1875 N Sandusky Ave, Bucyrus, OH 44820.
