He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Durham and Clara Durham Jr. (Wright); and his siblings, Mary Louise Hoke, Richard L. Durham, Thomas E. Durham and Albert Durham.
He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chad" Durham Jr. (Donna) of Galion, Ohio, Tricia Durham of Bucyrus, Ohio and Nicole Riddle of Marion, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kyah Durham, Amyah Craska (Ryan), Jorien Durham, Mahrien Durham, Isaiah Durham, Nehemiah Riddle, Naila Riddle, Niles Riddle and Naomi Riddle; his siblings, Van Durham III of Willard, Ohio and Catherine Cantrell (David) of Detroit, Michigan; and the mother of his children Tamara Durham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
