He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty M. Ballard (Gatshall) and James R. Ballard; and his siblings, Rodney Ballard, Dennis Ballard, Julie Ballard and Sheila Hoffer.
He is survived by: his wife Marietta Ballard (Napa); his children, Lora Davie (Matthew) of Caledonia, Teresa Ballard of Marion and Daniel Ballard of Marion Ohio; and his sister Debra Russell (Elmer). He is also survived by his 10 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren.
