He is survived by : his mother Brenda Hill (Mustard); his wife Carol Horsley (Hayes); his sons, Matt Horsley (Patricia) and Joey Horsley (Shannon McDivitt); his grandchildren, Kailey, Aeden and Brody; his siblings, Peggy Claus, Portia Liles, Keith Horsley and Chuck Horsley; his brother-in-law John Hayes (Deanna); and also Carol Hayes.
