With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis L. Mollenkopf of Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dennis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Mollenkopf and Dolores Mollenkopf Hewitt (Kinn); his sister Paula Kay Clegg; and his sister-in-law Donna Mollenkopf. He is survived by: his son Mathew Mollenkopf (Serena); his granddaughter Gretchen; his son Justin Mollenkopf (Fawn); his brother Bob Mollenkopf; and his close friend Gay Sherman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Dennis' family will celebrate his life privately, but if desired, donations can be made payable to the Eliminators Car Club or to the Crawford Park District.
