He is survived by: his wife Ruth Matthews; his children, Dave Matthews, Sue Bell (Jeff), Gary Matthews (Esther), Jodi Gaudaur and Dale Matthews; his grandchildren, Jason Roe (Ashley), Craig Roe (Julie), Mitch Roe, Chad Gaudaur (Kelsy Salzar), Kyle Gaudaur, Derek Gaudaur, Brent Matthews and Ryan Matthews (Mary); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ella, Chase and Chance.
