Though Edna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ruth and Naomi "Toots" Ruth (Johns); her daughters, Myrna Beal and Kathleen Cole; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Beal.
She is survived by: her children, Juanita Shuck (Charles) of Marion, John W. Beal (Barbara) of Caledonia, Philip Beal (Kristen) of Marengo, Randal Beal of Wellington, KY and Joseph Beal (Elizabeth) of Dayton. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, 4 great-grandsons, 5 step great-grandchildren, and 1 step great-great-grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice or the Wyndmoor of Marion.
