She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Mullins and Ida Mullins (Wilmot); her former husbands, Everett Bloomfield and Lowell Breyley; her son Kenny Ray Bloomfield; her grandson Kenneth Ray Bloomfield Jr.; her siblings, Jessie Ray Mullins, William Mullins (Little Billy), James Mullins (Danny), Polly Thompson, Gladys Knell and Ruthie Zornes; and her nephews, Norman Thompson, Billy R. Zornes and Wayne Zornes.
She is survived by: her son Dale Bloomfield (Doris) of Bucyrus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
