She is survived by: her husband Perry; her brother Bryan Winely (Wendy); her nieces, Jenna O'Bryan (Matt) and Kayla Maynard (Justin); her nephew Michael Lovely; her brother-in-law Terry Weber; her half-sister Gina Bowman; and her aunts and uncles, Louise Eitzen, Anne DeNero, Robert Kohls (Betty) and Tom Kohls (Pam).
Those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to make them payable to Susan G. Komen and give at the funeral home.
