We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2023, at the age of 81, Gene A. Disbennett of Bucyrus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Disbennett and Ruth A. Disbennett (Weiss); his brother Walter Disbennett Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Maize, Brenda Disbennett and Robert Pargeon.

He is survived by: his children, Shelli Franklin (David) and Chad Disbennett; his grandchildren, Alexa Franklin and Wyatt Franklin; and his siblings, Allen Disbennett, Timothy Disbennett, Shirley Kalb (John) and Marilyn Pargeon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
