She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Sampsell and Verna K. Sampsell (Trefsger); her son James A. Evans; her great grandchild Terry Ebersole; and her brothers, James Sampsell and Allen Sampsell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valorie Ebersole of Orlando, FL, Faith Achtermann (Robert) of Bucyrus and Sandra Porter (Patrick) of Olathe, KS; her grandchildren, Marie Shoemaker (Joshua), Elainna Ebersole, Erica Ebersole, Joseph Achtermann (Erin), Jordan Achtermann (Khrista) and Nicole Mulder (Steve); and her sister-in-law Ruth Ann Sampsell. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
