Jack B. Hewitt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack B. Hewitt of Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Earl B Hewitt; his stepmother Dolores R. Hewitt; his brother Jim Hewitt; his daughter-in-law Jean Hewitt (Teynor); and his sister-in-law Joanne Sharp.

He is survived by: his wife Kay E. Judd; his son Mitch Hewitt (Laurie); his grandson Jakob Hewitt; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Boehm, Jonathan Boehm and Morgan Sheehan (Gage); and his sisters-in-law, Janet Dilley (Bob) of Melbourne and Melinda Butler (Ron) of Titusville, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; a few close friends.

If desired, donations can be made payable to either the Bucyrus Athletic Boosters (to support of the softball program) or to the Bucyrus UMC, These gifts will be accepted through the funeral home and photos, memories and expressions of sympathy are encouraged to be shared on his tribute wall.
