He was predeceased by: his father James Jackson Stewart; his sister Joann Stewart; and his siblings-in-law, Norma Stewart, Shirley Tice and Gail Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stewart (Hudson); his children, Greg Stewart, Julie Eldridge (Dan) and Monica Light (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cody Christman, Alex Christman (Mikayla), Shaylea Eldridge, Nicolette Eldridge, Nick Light, Noah Light and Isabella Light; his great grandchildren, Arik Christman and Madilynn Christman; and his siblings, Noel Stewart, Sharon Page (Denver), Bonnie Preston (Phil) and Mary Yount.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made payable to Emanuel Baptist Church and will be accepted through the funeral home.
