He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen E. Jerew (Greshel) and Howard L. Jerew; his granddaughter Kris Sullivan; and his siblings, Jack, James, John and Peggy.
He is survived by: his caregiver Tammie Welton; his grandson Shaine Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Carley Giles, Cailin Giles and Reese Welsh.
