We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 100, Joe Ann Johns of Bucyrus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Gabriel and Phyllis Gabriel Kunkle (Marquis); her grandparents, Bert and Alice Marquis (King); her former husband Franklin Johns Jr.; her children-in-law, Doug Watts and Susan Johns; her brother Charles A. Gabriel; and her half-sister Diann Novak.
She is survived by: her stepmother Mary Gabriel (Young); her children, Donna Watts and Dann Johns; her grandchildren, Duane Watts (Connie), Daron Watts (Jenice), Amy Jarvis, Eric Johns (Jean) and Danielle King (Spencer); and her great grandchildren, Delaney Watts, Jameson Watts, Brente Jarvis, Jamie Rittenhour, Lindsay Johns, Dalon King and LaMya King. She is also survived by stepgrandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made payable to First Presbyterian Church or Good Hope Lutheran Church and given through Wise Funeral Service in Bucyrus.
