He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Spaid and Sharon K. Spaid (Sheaffer). He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer Gerger (Mark), Roderick Hawkins (Suzanne) and Neal Hawkins (Carrie); his stepmother Barbara Spaid (Sparr); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Furry (Tyler), Bryant Gerger (Sydney Clark), Ryan Hawkins, Mason Croft, Tyler Croft, Elizabeth Hawkins, Kayla Hawkins, Riley Hawkins, Adelynn, Collin and Brock.
Donations in John's memory can be made payable to a charity of the donor's choice and given through the funeral home.
