It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. (Lyons) Spiegel of Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas D. Lyons and Harriett Lyons (Luidhardt); her son Frederick A. Spiegel; and her siblings, Margaret Hildebrand, Lois Blaney, Bob, Ray, Glen, Roger, Charlie and Rich Lyons.

She is survived by : her children, Debra K. McClain of Mt. Gilead, Rebecca Windsor (Paul) of Rio Rancho and Ed Spiegel of Galion; her grandchildren, Lana McClain (Patrick Sunderhaus), Elizabeth Al-Mansur (Michael Minuck), Mohammad Al-Mansur (Janie Hampton), Amanda Spiegel (Nicole Mellick), Allen Spiegel (Brittany), Christopher Spiegel, William Spiegel (Alice), Mark Weaver (Chelsea), Nick Metzger (Amanda), E. J. Spiegel (Ellery) and Amber Spiegel (Kyle Adams); her daughter-in-law Tamara Spiegel; her sister Sandy Kellogg (Tom); and her sisters-in-law, Sandy Lyons, Helen Lyons, Caren B. Robles-Lyons and Jennie Lyons. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Little Theatre Scholarship Fund.
