She was predeceased by: her parents, Juilliard Hall and Evalyn Quay Blicke; her husbands, Paul Howard and Jim Rhode; her brother Bill; her son-in-law Harmon Guss; and her niece Robin Jolly.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Hastings (Scott); her children, Julie Guss, Jeff Howard (Katie) and Amy King (Steve); her stepchildren, Timothy Rhode (Eva), Jean Cole and Tracey Roy (Cary); and her grandchildren, Michelle Newton (Chad), Kara VonBlon (Ben), Kristin Guss-Ayeni (Tunde), Tim Howard, Lynn Dana (Mike), Sarah Gobble, Alex King and Zach King. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
