With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mabel M. Detterman of Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Detterman; her daughter Susan; her sons-in-law, Steve George and Rocky Rakausas; and her siblings, Walter, Earl, Gale Ruth, Mary McHenry and Arlene Lohr.
She is survived by: her children, Brittani, Sara, Tom, Tiffany, Haley, Cassie, Sarah, Jenn, Brenda, Lynn, Chelsie, Chris of Bucyrus, Peggy George of St. Marys, Inez Rakausas of Monteagle, TN. and Marlene Cramer (Bernard) of Marion; her grandchildren, Rob Detterman (Buffy), Brian Detterman, Cory Detterman (Samantha), Eric George, Libby Warunek, Kurt Detterman (Maria), Luke Cramer (Sara), Bess Daniel (Christopher), Jenney George, Gwen Burlison (Jason), Abraham Cramer (Ashley), Jolene Sibbalds (Michael) and Neil Cramer (Morgan); and her brothers-in-law, Kevin Rothhaar, Gerald Detterman (Donna) and Kenneth Detterman (Evalena).
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Red Cross, or to Legacy Bucyrus memory care unit, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
