It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Eugene Smith of Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Clyde and Elsie Smith (Morton); and his siblings, Stephen Orville Smith, Dennis Michael Smith and Deborah Sue Wilson.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd of Columbus and Scott of Bucyrus; his granddaughter Brenda Livengood (Mike) of Westerville; his great grandchild Ellie Ferguson; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Burks (Jack), Dianne Tooley and David Mercer (Martha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
