She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Emick Sr. and Jeannette Emick Heidemann (Alban); her daughter Hayley Gerhart; and her sister-in-law Donna Emick. She is survived by: her children, Joab Gerhart, Ashley Hofmeister (Shawn) and Kirk Gerhart (Marie); her grandchildren, Haley, Avery, Lyla Hofmeister, Paxton, Seth, Peyton and Hayden Gerhart; and her siblings, Carolyn Rindfuss (Dan), Skeet Butts (Gary), Tom Emick and Paul Jr. Emick (Janice).
