She was predeceased by: her father Mervin Heckert; her husband Raymond Leo Thacker; her granddaughter-in-law Heather Stiger; and her siblings, George, Melvin, Arthur Heckert, Betty Nicholson and Helen Heckert.

She is survived by: her daughter Irene Stiger (Phil) of Bucyrus; her grandchildren, Phillip Stiger of Marion, Alexis and Parker; and her sister Joyce McCleese of Bucyrus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society or the Richland Road Church through the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.
