He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Crumb Sr. and Dorothy V. Crumb (Eskins); his former wife Mary Lou Crumb (Joyner); his wife Leola "Grace" Crumb (Snyder); his daughter Drena Russell; his grandsons, Anthony Green and Andrew Gineri; and his brothers, Fred and Don Crumb.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Fulton; and his daughters, Brenda Ruth (Vince Clark), Roseann Plehn, Wanda Loper (Jim) and Joyce Glass.
