She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Hurst and Carlon Hurst (Stone); her children, James, Phillip, Bobbi Jo VanScoder of Bucyrus and Elizabeth McClain; and her siblings, Kenneth, Glenn, Lynn, Randy Hurst and Rebecca Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine (Alycia Skidmore) of Carey, Thomas Ray VanScoder (Stephanie) of Bucyrus and Jessica VanScoder of Bloomville; and her siblings, Tony Stapleton (Kim) of Blanchester, Lynda Cole (Doug) of Bucyrus, Mike Hurst of Nevada, Ginny Cole of Nevada, Tim Hurst (Angel) of Nevada, Melissa King (Shawn Green) of Bucyrus, Rodney Hurst (Teresa) of Nevada, Tina Hurst (Justin) of Delaware and Lacey Massey of Nevada. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Camp Michael (1741 Shupp Rd, Bucyrus, OH 44820).
